Live Market Heatmaps: Reading Breadth at a Glance

Learn how a live market heatmap helps you scan indices, stocks, crypto, and forex moves quickly — and where to find it in Plutus Trader.

What a heatmap is for

A heatmap compresses many instruments into a visual field of relative strength and weakness. It is a scanning tool: excellent for orientation, not a substitute for deeper analysis on a single name.

Traders use heatmaps to spot broad risk appetite, sector leadership, or outliers that deserve a closer chart review.

How to use one well

Start with the big picture (indices / majors), then drill into leadership and laggards. Pair heatmap context with news and a focused chart rather than trading colorful tiles alone.

Plutus Markets

Plutus Trader’s Markets section includes a live world heatmap covering global indices, large US equities, major crypto, and forex pairs — open to guests for market orientation.
