Plutus provides an advanced trading and investing interface, including algorithmic trading tools, market data visualization, and portfolio analytics. The Service is provided "as is" and is intended for informational and personal use. Plutus is not a registered broker-dealer or financial advisor.

Trading in financial markets involves significant risk. Algorithmic trading, leveraged products, and volatile assets such as cryptocurrencies carry a high level of risk and may not be suitable for all investors. You acknowledge that any trading decisions you make are at your own risk.

In no event shall Plutus, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
